2. Shipping & Delivery Information
Shipping and delivery are the charges for processing, selecting, packaging, transporting, and handling your internet order.
Shipping Processing & Timing
Processing Time: Orders placed before 12:00 noon (PST) on weekdays are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed late Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Delivery Days: Deliveries occur only on weekdays (Monday-Friday).

Surcharges for Non-Contiguous US
Delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam will incur an additional $5.00 surcharge for Standard Shipping & Delivery. Orders typically arrive in 7 to 9 business days when placed before 12:00 noon (PST).

Satisfaction Guarantee: Our MD® Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to request a refund within 60 days of the shipment date.
Returns: We accept returns of unused, factory-sealed product within 60 days of shipment. All sales are final on used or opened products.
